My latest podcast “The Boss Brew” was released yesterday and I thought it only right to use today’s blog to give a rundown of what it included. I was honoured to be given an hour of Renato Avelar’s time, for him to share many tips to help budding entrepreneurs.

Here’s a taste of what was in the podcast…

Renato tells of his experiences and insights working his way up from humble beginnings, to becoming a business owner and technology advisor. He shares his journey of starting and growing his technology company, b8 one, which now has clients in 21 countries. Renato emphasises the importance of understanding the tax system, hiring the right talent, and leveraging artificial intelligence to streamline operations. He also provides advice for aspiring entrepreneurs, highlighting the value of learning new skills, building resilience, and adapting to the changing future of business.

Highlights

🌟 Renato reveals a financially shrewd tip for entrepreneurs in 1st world countries. Hire LATAM tech workers. Brazilians, for example, are highly skilled in software development, data science, and design, making them a valuable resource for global companies.

🌟 Navigating the complex tax system in Brazil is crucial for business success, and Renato advises entrepreneurs to understand the nuances of the tax laws and explore opportunities to reduce costs by relocating operations.
